To Do List for Advisors:
1. Fill out the Advisor Google Form - Click the link above
2. Request to be on your JOC April Agenda (where applicable)
3. Provide the National Technical Standards to your competitor and their instructor                            NTS location instructions are located under Alert #3 (Video info begins at 1 min 40 sec)
           a) Review the Competition Updates Page on the National site - OFTEN
4. Make your travel plans immediately. The direct flights at a good time go fast!
    *There is a mandatory meeting Monday 6/23 at 9:00 PM for necessary updates and info
5. Review the SkillsUSA NLSC Microsite. This will be your biggest asset moving forward.

6. Hotel accommodations will be made through Dodie this year. A link will be available 4/9/25
           a) Use the official school name when entering your hotel reservations
           b) Do NOT enter any information until you have complete details
                i) Examples: All attending names, T-shirt sizes, rooming list, arrival and departure
               ii) Names must be entered the same as National Membership
           c) If you are sharing a room with another school, you need the official school name and   
               students name(s) 
           d) Direct from Nationals: All state-registered participants must be housed in the hotel assigned by SkillsUSA for their state, unless otherwise                                 approved by the SkillsUSA Office of Conference, Meeting and Event Management. If participants are not staying within their assigned state delegation room                                 block, their NLSC registration for programs and events is in jeopardy.
7. Go to SkillsUSA.org to register for NLSC - Opens April 9th
           a) Login> Select Conference on the right 2025 SkillsUSA National Leadership...>                               Follow instructions. Use the video at the top right for assistance        
           b) Don't forget to hit submit. An invoice will be emailed to you immediately
           c) Click this LINK for hotel registrations. The password will be emailed to the advisor 
               listed on the Google Summary Form. (Summary Form link above)
8. Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola > get your tickets now or they will be gone

Deadlines
April 9th - Google Form Due to State Office
April 9th - Registration Opens at SkillsUSA.org
May 6th - Registration Due to State Office - No exceptions will be made/this includes 
                  accommodation requests
May 19th - General Public Registration Opens on Microsite
May 21st - Competitors receive their login credentials - Be patient. They are sporadic all day.
May 22nd - You may email CustomerCare@skillsusa.org if you did not receive credentials
May 23rd - Registration Payment Due to State Office 
June 5th at 5 PM - NO EXTENSIONS - Online Submission Requirements Due
